Whether you want to gain muscle for sport or you just want to be that little bit bigger we can help. We understand that not everyone wants to look bulky, but the benefits of weight training speaks volume. For example, regular weight bearing exercises can delay diseases such as Osteoporosis.

At CPT we have experience working with body builders, some training for competitions and others just training for themselves. We also understand that everyone knows how to lift weights in the gym, but not everyone knows what muscle groups to work on certain days of the week, or what type of recovery to take in and between each session, if these are not applied correctly this will lead to over training and injury. Applying them at the right time will see you go in the right direction.

Then you have to think about what muscle groups you want to work and how to work them, either by compound exercises or isolated exercises, what training methods to use from drop sets, pyramid sets or super sets etc.. Then whether to work your agonist muscles first or your antagonist, and do not forget about the core - what is the core? Where is the core? What does it do?

Not only does weight training consist of weights but also proper nutrition.
