Strength and Conditioning is the physical and physiological development of athletes for elite sport performance in helping them become faster, stronger and more flexible and to build their muscular endurance so they perform better and remain injury free.
Strength & Conditioning consists of plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance, core stability and strength training. All of which you need to become an elite athlete in your field of sport. Working one on one with football players, rugby players, runners and sprinters etc gives us a good wide range of experience with this form of training.
As fully qualified strength and conditioning coaches, we work side by side with sports coaches to assist in designing programmes for their players aimed at improving their strengths and weaknesses, so they can gain maximal benefits in playing their line of sport.
