Since I rejoined LA Fitness I have been immensely impressed by Kevin and the circuit class he takes. His ability to motivate and genuine interest in members is a credit to the Armagh club. It's really fantastic to hear great feedback about individuals who genuinely go the extra mile for their members and actually care. Ever since I was about 13 I developed a passion for fitness and exercise; my athletic background led me to take a strong interest in the gym. Growing up I always wanted to better myself weather it be in my appearance, socially or my performance on the rugby pitch.
I always found the gym give me great confidence in life, and helped to deal with situations better, mentally and physically.
Modelling was something I always had an interest in, even from a young age. I always thought I was in good shape to do it but I needed something that would help me gain the confidence to get up and give it a go. That’s when I met Kevin; he helped me increase the muscle size and definition I needed through his intense training.
I worked on increasing my strength and conditioning and overall fitness every week with Kevin. It was new to me; in my sessions I used Kettlebells and TRX resistance bands as well as weights.
Using a mixture of Functional, Core and Strength & Conditioning trianing developed my strength which also led to loss of body fat which is exactly what I had to do to achieve the standard of body I needed.
I am now an up and coming model for Diesel. Without the motivation from Kevin and his professional assistance I could not have achieved my goal. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking to lose weight, gain muscle, increase strength or simply better themselves like I did.
Kevin is a great Personal Trainer, a great motivator and a great friend.
