Training Methods:
How many times do you walk into a gym and see a personal trainer standing with their client on a treadmill or a cross trainer and just having a chat?
The answer - To many times.
This is were at CPT we differ from other personal trainers, we are strong believers that what makes a good PT is first of all someone that gets results, "obviously" thats what it's all about at the end of the day, but secondly of all what really makes a good PT is a personal trainer that works with a client in a way that they would'nt usually train by themselves, ie, different training methods such as drop sets, pyramid sets, super sets & giant sets. Not only that but different methods of training, ie, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, sandbags, punch bag & pad work, power bags, tire flipping, sledge hammering, body weighted exercises such as bear crawls, burpees, jumping jacks etc...
Now thats what really makes a good pt session, don't be one of these people that pays a personal trainer alot of money just to do the exact same thing you are doing in the gym by yourself, do something different and new, why go and run an hour on a treadmill to burn 600-700 calories when you could be swinging around a kettlebell or taking it out on a punch bag and burning between 1000-1200 calories an hour, i know alot of people might be thinking, "god that looks like hard work" but at the end of the day it is only as hard as you want it to be, this is the type of training that men and women have been doing for years and years and it has always come out on top.. Put in the effort and get serious results, isn't that what it's all about - Getting results.
