The majority of people put on weight due to inactivity in their lives, and just in taking far too many Calories per day than their bodies can consume, which then leads to the wasted Calories being stored as fat. We do not expect everyone to be going shopping and standing around for an hour or so just looking at the kcal, fat, sugar & carb percentages in each item they buy. So at CPT we want to make it easy for you.
