Here at certified personal training we believe that having optimal health
mean’s so much more than being able to run a few mile here and there, or be able
to take your t-shirt off at the beach to show off your chiselled out 6 pack and
chest.
We are strong believers that having optimal health breaks down into 3 main areas, which are:
- The outer body – low Fat %, Lean muscle mass & healthy skin and hair etc
- The inner body – low visceral fat, strong lungs, strong bones & healthy digestive system etc
- The mind – Positive thinking, Clear mind & stress free etc
All three areas work hand in hand when trying to accomplish any type of physical or mental training. By working hard on each one you will always come out greater and feel that much stronger in the end.
