Gracie Barra brazilian jiu jitsu coming to Certifiedpt Training Academy. Starts Tuesday 27th Oct and continues every Thursday and Tuesday at 7pm.

For those of you that don’t know about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu go and take a look at any big time Ufc fighter such as Anderson Silva and you will see how effective it is. Learn submission moves such as the Arm bar and the triangle etc.

Our BJJ teacher is a member of the Gracie Barra association and trains himself along with the Gracie family Whenever they come to Northern Ireland. The Gracie family are all MMA champions that literally invented MMA that laid to the Ufc today….
