This is were at certified personal training we differ from other personal trainers, we are strong believers that what makes a good certified personal trainer
is someone that gets results. Obviously that’s why clients hire personal fitness trainers , but secondly of all what really makes a good certified personal traineris a trainer that works with a client in a way that they would’nt usually train by themselves. This includes introducing different training methods such as drop sets, pyramid sets, super sets & giant sets.

Not only that but different methods of training, ie, kettlebells, TRX suspension trainers, sandbags, punch bag & pad work, power bags, tire flipping, sledge hammering, body weighted exercises such as bear crawls, burpees, jumping jacks to name a few.
There is no point in clients paying for certified personal trainers who do the exact same workout in the gym that you are currently doing. Running an hour on a treadmill burn’s 600-700 calories, where as swinging around a kettlebell or taking it out on a punch bag burns between 1000-1200 calories an hour and is much more fun. Some clients initially look at these methods of training and think, “that looks to hard for me i couldn’t do that” but a good quality certified personal trainer knows exactly how to develope programmes specifically for each client and it is by gradually building up routines that all the hard work makes your goals come out on top.
